I highly recommend grabbing a good cup of coffee, sitting down with a pen and paper (or computer), and really digging into this podcast episode.
This process can be really fun, and incredibly rewarding. Not to mention, you’ll set yourself up for an AWESOME 2018! Don’t wait on this one, get it done now.
What I’m snacking on –
During a random trip to Whole Foods I stumbled upon the Oatmega Bar. It’s a low sugar (most important thing I look for), grass fed whey protein bar, that doesn’t have too much other unidentifiable junk in it. It also tastes delicious.
I like the chocolate mint crisp and chocolate peanut crisp, but haven’t tried the other flavors.
Supplement that’s helping me sleep like a baby –
It’s pretty regular knowledge at this point that taking magnesium before bed can help you sleep deeper, but for some reason I had gotten away from it.
Anyway, I hadn’t been conking out as fast as I’d like, and noticed that I had a bottle of magnesium malate on my dresser. So, I started taking 3 tablets before bed, and I’ve been sleeping (and dreaming) like crazy.

It’s cool that this ended up being my top Instagram post this week because when I went into this workout I wasn’t sure if I was going to have the strength to get this bar off the ground before doing the front squats.
