Enlightened Roasted Broad Bean Crisps
These are basically fava beans that have a little flavoring on them. They are low in sugar, and have quite a bit of fiber and protein! Fiber!!!

Getting after the kettlebell today
I’m finding that as the weather is turning colder… the best way to get a quick workout is to grab the kettlebell. But I haven’t found a consistent source of kettlebell workouts, so I’m going to start writing my own over at thegetbetterproject.com.
