Of all the things I do, my biggest focus is on my podcast. I want to reach millions of people, and I believe that if I can do that, I can make people healthier.

What I’m watching – I Am Bolt

I Am Bolt

This is a documentary that follows Usain Bolt through his last two Olympics.

I believe that success leave clues, and watching films like this are fun because of how good Bolt is, but also because we can learn from him.

What I’m reading –

The Dark Tower II by Stephen King

I loved the first book in this series, and it was taking so long to get the second book from the library, that I just bought it on audible.

The writing in this book is simply crazy! Crazy in a good way. And makes me thing about how I tell stories.

Very interesting if you’re a writer or storyteller.

Cool photo during IKKOS photo shoot. I was honored to be ask to do some fitness modeling for the new IKKOS Mirror Kickstarter, and this is a cool photo taken by a gym member during the shoot.

What I’ve been pondering –

Why doesn’t everyone do what makes them glow, or flow, or shine…? Or simply love what they do… Or happy, you might like that best… 🙂 Why doesn’t everyone do what makes them happy or full-filled.

Now, I do realize that we can get ourselves trapped into situations where we need a paycheck. BUT if you don’t love how you spend you’re time, why in the heck aren’t you working (HARD) to find a life that you do love.

I mean, any one of us could get hit by the bus tomorrow. So, I truly hope that you’re doing what you enjoy doing today.

Or working your A** off to figure out what that is, or how to do it.

That’s all I’ve got.
