If you haven’t read anything from the Mr. Money Mustache blog… be aware that you might have just opened yourself up to lose a few hours.  And gain a nice new perspective. 

What I’m watching this weekend – 

Wodapalooza CrossFit Competition in Miami

This should be one of the most elite CrossFit competitions of the year, including a very interesting same sex team competition.  Emily and I will be glued to our computers watching this all weekend! 🙂

Using the Pop Top in the Winter

We get all kinds of questions about if we use the pop top in the winter, and if so, how we keep it warm.

We DO use the pop top all winter, and in this video I explain how we stay warm and keep everything from freezing! 

Thought that I’m pondering – 

If you have too many days of doing things that you don’t like doing… put massive effort into figuring out what will light you on fire! 

There’s a good chance that if you are feeling like you need a change… you will need to try many things to figure out what brings the passion back into your life.  And it’s ok if the thing you want/need to change used to bring you passion.  Things change, you change, we all change, and that’s ok and normal.
