What I’m eating like crazy –
They are in-season and delicious!
Blueberries are an antioxidant powerhouse, and have been shown to reduce DNA damage (anti-aging), may lower blood pressure, may prevent heart disease, help with focus, and much more!
What I’m watching –
This freaking dude (the Iron Cowboy) did 50 Ironman’s – in 50 states – in 50 days!
There’s no way in hell that this is healthy for any human being, but he found a way to do it. My hat is off.
I mean, I did a 50 mile ultra marathon, plus 2 Ironman’s in about 9 months, and that totally rocked my body, so I have a hard time wrapping my mind around this amazing feat.
Just to keep talking about how crazy this is… an Ironman is going to take a fit athlete 12+ hours, and then this guy needed to drive to another state! And, oh yeah, sleep at some point! Which he didn’t do much of.
If you’ve every done endurance sports (in any capacity)… I would highly recommend checking this movie out! Or if this just sounds crazy to you…
