Here in Seattle we actually had a sunny day this week. It was AAAAMAZING!!!
Also, the CrossFit Open workout 17.4 was release last night, and it’s a repeat of one of the best CrossFit Open workouts I’ve ever done (ranking wise). So, I’m pumped! It’s basically a combination of my favorite movements – deadlifts, wall balls, rowing, and handstand pushups. Click here to checkout the whole workout.
Anyway, let’s get to this shall we…
What I’m snacking on – BHU Fit Bars. These bars come in Vegan, Primal, and Paleo, so whatever your eating style is… they got you. The bars have very clean ingredients, and taste great! I think my favorite flavor is the Vegan – chocolate + tart cherry + pistachio.
My favorite way to protect my hands during CrossFit – Bear Komplex Grips. I’ve never been a fan of using grips when I’m doing CrossFit, but sometimes you just don’t want to rip your hands. As far as grips go, these Bear Komplex 3 finger grips are great! When doing pull-ups they stick to the bar, and the more I use them, the more I like them.
What I’m drinking – Lemon water. There are many claims that say putting lemon in your water can have health benefits such as improved digestion, alkalizing your body, and many others. I’m not here to stand behind those claims, but what I can say is that I tend to feel better when I have a glass or two of lemon water at day, and it really helps me drink more water.
