Semi healthy meal I’m snacking on –
If you can get down with some high quality boxed Mac and Cheese… you might just really enjoy this stuff!
This isn’t the MOST healthy thing, but it’s WAY, WAY, WAY better for you than the traditional noodles that you’d have. And it’s tasty!
What I’m listening to –

What I’m reading about Oatly oat milk –

Oat milk has been my go-to on oatmeal, in coffee, and anything else that I can pour in into. BUT after reading this article I’m going to need either a new brand of oat milk or a different milk substitute.
The fact that the added sugar that I always thought was on the same glycemic index as oats (based on their ingredients) is actually 105 out of 100 means that this stuff is worse than drinking coke or slurping down straight sugar! Holy smokes!
