Wim Hof Method
I know that I’ve talked about this app before, but it was just upgraded, AND IS NOW FREE.
I use the breathing exercises in this app every morning before starting work, and the cold shower time tracker (when I’m not sick).
Doing the Wim Hof Breathing exercises you’ll notice that you feel better all over, your brain is clearer, and it’s easier to breathe when doing exercise. Win! Win! Win!

Bear Komplex 3 Hole Carbon Comp Grips
After spending years doing gymnastics bar work without any hand projection, and after many ripped hands, I’ve finally found some grips that I actually prefer wearing to my bare hands.
If you do any high rep pull-ups, or bar muscle ups… I would highly recommend these grips! They keep my hands nice and smooth all year round :-)!
