This email is coming to you from the Miami airport where I am getting ready to fly out to the US Virgin Islands. Why… because there is a National Park out there that needs exploring!

Menachem is one of the smartest guys that I know in the health, fitness, performance, and nutrition world, so it’s always a BLAST to chat with him. On this show we dig in to some really interesting stuff…
There’s the usual, how to perform better, and some really interesting stuff around if you should be going to college these days, or is it a waste of your money…
What I’m eating –
This salad has baby shrimp, a Skillet Taco sauce packet, spinach, Farro, fresh mango, and spicy guac.
You start by cooking the Farro in an Instant Pot, cooking the shrimp on the stove top and mixing in the Skillet sauce once the shrimp is ready.
Then you use the Farro as the base on a plate or bowl, add a layer of spinach, add the shrimp and mango slices, and finally the spicy guac. #boom
The coolest thing that I’ve done this week –
Snorkeling at Biscayne National Park
The majority of this park is underwater and (fun fact) it’s actually the start of the Florida Keys, although there is no road, so you don’t hear about them.
Anyway, the snorkeling and bird life in the park is really amazing, and I would recommend taking a tour if you’re ever in the area.
