PerfectAmino. I’m not really sure why I haven’t talked about this supplement before… I’ve been taking it for over 2 years in place of a post workout protein shake.
When I take this supplement as prescribed (meaning on an empty stomach, 2 hours after eating protein or fat)… I would say that it eliminates about 75% of the soreness I would get otherwise (non-scientific, I know..), but these just plain work.

What we’re eating and enjoying –
Thai Coconut Curry Chicken. Sometimes you just get a craving for a creamy chicken curry dish :-). This meal was very good, and it was pretty low in carbs. This could be good or bad for you, depending on your training plan.
What I’m reading that’s getting me charge up –
Extreme Ownership – How US Navy Seals Lead and Win by Jacko Willink and Leif Babin.
This is the perfect book for someone that enjoys real life combat scenarios, and how they can directly relate to business.
It’s very direct, motivating, and no BS!
