NEW PODCAST –
An update on what I’ve been up to and my current routines & habit for a successful and fulfilling life. It’s been a while since I felt like I wanted to record a podcast, but I realized that it’s still my mission to be helping the world become a better place.
If you have any routines or habits that are rocking your life right now, I’d love to hear what they are..?
What I’m watching a SECOND time –
Ted Lasso on Apple TV+
If you haven’t seen Ted Lasso (or you’ve only watched it once), I believe there are things in this show that have the potential to make use better people (and better communicators).
We are almost done watching both seasons for a second time, and it’s almost better than the first time.
The positive psychology and humor in this show is about the best that I’ve ever seen. We should all strive to be more like Ted Lasso!
PS I will definitely watch this again, and make the Christmas episode a yearly holiday tradition.
Thought I’ve been pondering –
Comfort zones and how often you’re getting out of them. This could also be doing things that scare you.
The reason I’ve been thinking about this is because of all the mountain biking I’ve been doing lately. I realized that (almost) every single time I ride my bike I am getting out of my comfort zone and doing things that scare me.
What I’ve realized is that if I hit that jump, or take that corner super fast without braking, the rush of confidence that I get from the success is swift and spreads to other areas of my life. It’s brilliant!
This isn’t to say that I don’t crash and burn, I do. And have. And that can happen in mountain biking and other areas of your life. But that’s ok. You try to learn from your mistakes, get back on the horse (or bike), and improve.
If you’re living life well (read as you should), it’s not if you will crash, but when you will crash. Be prepared as best you can, and learn from it.

Cheers!
