Over the last week I got into a number of conversations about little things that I do (little habits) that seem unsual to others, but are easy, and help to keep me lean all year round. And you can have all the info right here.
What I’m watching –
The new season of Hard Knocks on HBO (Los Angeles) featuring the Chargers and Rams. With the football season being so strange this year (with COVID) it’s very interesting to see how they are handling everything. Temperature checks, masks all over the place, new plastic pieces in helmets, no pre-season games. Strange times!
Purchase I’m (still) enjoying –
Lululemon Pace Breaker 9” Short w/liner
I just got my third pair of these and after trying all kinds of different shorts, these and the Nike Training shorts are my go-to favorites. And in the van I can only bring a few pairs of shorts with me, so if I try some that I don’t like… they are gone.
There is some controversy over the liner or no liner. I think the liners are comfortable and give you one less thing to think about (underwear) .
I wear these Pace Breaker shorts running, swimming, rafting in the Grand Canyon, for daily workouts, and much more. Super comfortable and they look good.
Last thought –
Just a reminder… Be the change you want to see in the world. Walk your talk. If you start to complain, stop yourself. Only say good things about people that aren’t in the room. Do you best even if you don’t feel like it.
