What I’m reading –
One Man’s Wilderness by Richard Proenneke and Sam Keith on Amazon
This summer we are headed up to visit the Alaska National Parks. And we do our best to read books about the places that we’re visiting. Sometimes we do this successfully, and more often than not, we don’t.
But in this case we’ve nailed it!
This book is about Richard Proenneke’s day to day living (and cabin building) near Lake Clark National Park. And believe it or not, it’s really a great read, and quite hilarious. Thumbs up! Thanks Michael!

Thought I’m pondering –
How you do anything is how you do everything.
I’ve been living by this rule for some time. At first it was a bit of a pain, but (like anything else) once you get used to it, it becomes easy as eating pie (or pretzel rolls).
Think of something that you do really well, and you work hard to do well.
For me this was working out. I wanted to do it really well, so I put a lot of time and effort into it, and voila, I got great results.
Now I take that same approach with everything, and the results start to multiply.
If this sounds daunting… I get it, but once you’ve made it a habit, it’s all downhill from there.
Give this a try, and let me know your thoughts (if you have them…). Here’s to outstanding results all over your life!
