Thought that I’ve been pondering –
Are the things that we think are hard actually hard, or are our minds just creating a reality that makes these things seem hard… In my experience it’s our minds. But I still find that my mind creates limiting beliefs, and it can be hard to tell myself that it’s just my mind creating them.
This is a push for you to start thinking about your thoughts, and your beliefs, and if they are limiting you for no reason at all.
The mind is an incredibly powerful thing if you point it in the right direction. Make sure that it is pointed in the right direction!
