A friend was just telling me that by the year 2022 (in the US) we are on pace to have over 90% of the population be overweight or obese. That’s insane!
So, I’m feeling like I need to really lean on the weight loss tips. And guess what… it’s not that hard at all. As Nike says… Just Do It! Please!

Before you roll your eyes thinking you don’t want to do a huge competitions qualifier workouts, hold on just a second. I’ve been doing these, and they are super fun! AND they have scaled versions. How cool is that?
