As the days get longer and we get closer to May I’m adjusting my training to prepare myself for The North Face Endurance Challenge 50 mile ultra marathon at Bear Mountain NY. My training and workouts up until this point have included 2 runs, 2 bikes, and 2 swims per week (plus Crossfit main site workouts). Because I’m about 1 month away from my 50 mile ultra marathon I’m going to switch my training to 4 runs, 1 bike, and 1 swim. This will allow me to focus a little more on my running before the race. It will buy accutane uk online also ease my mind a bit and because I don’t feel like I’m getting any miles in. Although I guess that’s just the Crossfit endurance way.
I’m actually on my way up the mountain pass right now to spend the first half of the day snowboarding. It looks like we’re going to have a blue bird day! After all isn’t the main reason for doing Crossfit the ability to do whatever you want whenever you want? That’s definitely my reason for doing Crossfit! 🙂
