A. 3 rounds not for time of:
20m handstand walking
10 pistol squats
5 C2B butterfly pull-ups
B. 3 rounds for time of:
10 handstand push-ups
10 pull-ups
10 kettlebell swings @70/50
Strategy –
In part A, work on the skills as best you can. Don’t get frustrated, just practice.
In part B, do your best to go at an unbroken pace. This will get challenging on the grip and the could be tough on the handstand push-ups if your kip isn’t strong.
