Inspiration is something that will all need loads of. We can find it almost anywhere… from friends, family, fitness communities, fitness magazines, YouTube videos, support groups, etc. The most important thing is that when you need Inspiration, you look for it. When you don’t feel like getting off the couch, open up YouTube, and watch some CrossFit videos.
