After a successful go at a workout yesterday, and feeling great this morning, I’m back to my CrossFit training! I will still take it easy on my back by avoiding heavy deadlifts and squats for another week or two. If you’ve had some injuries let me know how you came back from them. I will also be starting up my Ironman training in the next few weeks, and am just looking for a solid CrossFit Endurance Ironman training program. They seem to be impossible to find! If you’ve ever done a CrossFit Endurance training program I’d love to hear about it!
