The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck on Amazon
This book isn’t for everyone, and I think there are times that it’s going to impact you differently at different times in your life. I personally felt like it was a time that it could make an impact, and I’m really enjoying the re-read.
If you’re feeling stuck… it could be a good one to pick up.

Sedona AZ – check this out
We thought that Sedona was amazing when we visited it a few months ago, and guess what… it’s even better in November! The temps are awesome and the mountain biking is still amazing!
If you enjoy a laid back, red rock, warm, adventurous kinda area… Sedona should be high on your list of places to visit. And the mountain biking is probably the best all around place that we’ve had the privilege of riding.
Workout of the Week (that you should do) –
Simple But Deadly by the Get Better Project
Very easy to understand, very effective, much adaptation available from this workout! Use awesome form and crush this one for massive gains!
Though that I’ve been pondering –
Focusing on things that you have control over
It seems like there are so many tough things happening in the world right now, and I’m seeing people who have fantastic lives getting emotional smashed by these things they can’t control. I know, I know, it’s hard to control your focus. But don’t you think it’s worth the effort?
So, I’m challenging you to think about what you actually have control over. Then focus on what’s going good for you. That’s it.
Remember, I’m here for you if you need anything at all. Especially fitness stuff, but anything at all.
