I found a couples days of snowboarding content that I forgot to edit and publish. We have our first time snowboarding at Aspen Mountain, and a little powder day at Winter Park (where the check engine light and heater started acting up). Enjoy!
What Iām super pumped about –
Emily and I both did all of the CrossFit Quarter Finals workouts, and both were ecstatic to have lifted as much weight as we did and performed workouts that we havenāt done in years at a hight level.
All showing us that just doing Dumbbell workouts in a thoughtful way has not only sustained the fitness that we had, but even improved it in ways we didnāt expect.

This work does require a rope, so if you donāt have a rope available to youā¦ I would substitute 3 strict pull-ups for every 1 rope climb, if you want to try it..
