This email is coming to your from a Joe with a cheek to cheek smile because here in Steamboat Springs we’ve had two good snow days in a row, with a total of 15+ inches of fresh. Snowboarding on high quality snow is one of the most blissful things I can imagine! Yay snow! 🙂
Here’s what I’ve found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week…
Video of the week –
Steamboat Power Day
Just a nice 2 min video featuring our great day on the mountain. 🙂
PS I’m still working on the “a day in van life” video, but got derailed by the snow.
What we are putting in our coffee –
Last week I mentioned that I was putting the Laird Superfood Performance Mushrooms in my coffee, so when Emily saw these new Four Sigmatic Creamers she bought the Starter Pack.
What I like about the Started Pack is that you can choose your creamer based on what benefits you’re looking for that day. For example, I had the Gut Health creamer yesterday with probiotics and MCT oil. And the day before I had the Think creamer because I wanted to think real good. 😉
I can’t say yet if I like the Four Sigmatic better than the Laird’s, but they are both cool, and worth a look/try!
What I’m reading –
Eat & Run by Scott Jurek
This book was highly recommended to me from my good friend Scott Rodriguez, who is currently training for the Leadville 100 foot race (which we will be crewing and pacing for). Scott’s a great person to follow for health and fitness inspiration! Two thumbs up!
Well, the book is read by Scott Jurek and has been an absolute inspirational gem so far! I’m loving it!
I think if you are working on any hard physical endeavors you will enjoy it.
That’s what I have for you this week. If you need anything at all, please let me know!
