I’ve been thinking about writing a book about the psychology of being in great shape for a while now. I believe that the difference between me and someone who doesn’t take care of themselves is all in the mind. I’ve just set up patterns that I follow everyday that have become habits, and then I take those habits and constantly work to improve them. I think that people that aren’t in the shape they want to be just haven’t set up pattern for themselves that will become habits.
