This email is coming to you from Frisco Colorado, just one day before we tackle the Leadville Marathon (26.2). I’m definitely not in my best running shape (mostly due to holding too much muscle), but also very confident that I’m plenty fit to run for 6+ hours.
My goal is to run with a GoPro and hopefully feel excited enough to give updates along the way. Then produce a super sweet video!

Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir (amazon)
Imagine waking up from a coma, not remembering who you are, and discovering that you’re alone on a spaceship… all written very well with lots of detail. It’s goooooood!
Workout of the week –
Saucy Singles + by the Get Better Project (SPICY!)
This is an updated version of the Saucy Singles workout we did a few weeks back.
Small improvements over time are the magic way of getting huge improvements down the road. If you follow a good program these will be added for you.
