What I’m Re-Watching – The Last Dance
The legendary Chicago Bulls & Michael Jordan documentary. If you want to see what it takes to be the best, this is a must-watch. It’s also a great throwback to when the NBA was all about defense, grit, and heart—something that’s seriously lacking today. Watching MJ’s relentless drive and leadership is incredibly motivating, whether you’re an athlete, business owner, or just someone chasing big goals.
Every time I rewatch this, I take away something new—how the best in the world approach practice, handle setbacks, and push themselves beyond what most think is possible. If you’ve seen it, I’d love to hear your thoughts. And if you haven’t—queue it up this weekend!
Most Fun Workout This Week
This one burns in the best way! If you’re looking for a quick but effective session, this 15-minute AMRAP will get your heart pumping. Use weights that feel challenging but let you keep moving.
Try it out:
? 16 DB walking lunges
? 14 push-ups on DBs
? 12 box jumps/alt step-ups (24/20”)
? 10 alternating DB snatches
We hit this workout with 50/35 lb dumbbells, keeping the intensity high. It’s one of those workouts where you start strong, hit a bit of a wall, but push through for that amazing post-workout feeling. If you give it a go, let me know your time and how it felt for you!
Pro tip: If you’re feeling extra ambitious, add a 7 mins of burpees before the AMRAP for a spicy little warm-up! ?

Need a fun, feel-good watch? This romantic action-comedy brings back the lighthearted vibes we all need. It’s not the greatest action movie of all time, but honestly—where have all the good rom-coms gone??
There’s something about a solid rom-com that just makes everything better. A good mix of humor, love, and action is hard to beat. This one isn’t groundbreaking, but it’s an easy, enjoyable watch when you just want to unwind. I’m a big believer that feel-good movies have a place in our routine just like workouts do—it’s all about balance!
