These are my go-to for noise-canceling magic during flights (and when I just need to tune out). Right now, they’re 43% off at Amazon—definitely worth it. If you’re looking for solid over-ear headphones, these are top tier!
Prolon Fasting Kits
Now is the time to grab these at 25-35% off! We just stocked up on two more kits. If you missed my last email on fasting, I’ve found that between Thanksgiving and Christmas is the perfect time to knock out a 5-day fast. It’s a great way to reset your health, energy, and body fat. Altra Lone Peak Trail Running/Hiking Shoes
Hands down, these are the best shoes for trail running and hiking. I wore them on the John Muir Trail (not a single blister!) and they’ve been my go-to for 7+ years. The Lone Peak 8 is out now, but I’m still hunting for a good deal on the 7’s!
