Now that the long race is over it’s time to start gaining back some muscle. This is the first week in months that I’ll be working out with weights at least 4 days. My body is a little sore, but it feels great! I’m starting off in straight hypertrophy. 8-12 reps, 3 sets, 3-4 exercises. I’ll get crazy later. Now the only challenge is eating the amount of quality kcals that I need to put on some muscles. :-). Chicken, eggs, oatmeal, fish, berries, bananas, whey, steak, veggies, yams, nuts, apples, and lots of water!
