Ingredients: 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1 cup frozen mixed berries (estimated) 1 sliced banana 3 tablespoons milled flax seeds A dash of cinnamon
Oatmeal, cottage cheese pancakes! -4 eggs whites -1/2 cup oatmeal, cinnamon -1/4 cup cottage cheese -1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I added a whole scoop :-)) Blend to mix. Cook like pancake. Top with crushed berries and pecans. Yum!
