This is a video of me doing the CrossFit games open workout at my local La Fitness! Workout: 15 minutes as many rounds as possible of: 9 Deadlifts at 155 12 Pushups with hands off the ground at the bottom 15 Box jumps at 24in. My score: 11 rounds plus 9 deadlifts and 12 pushups.
