Oatmeal, cottage cheese pancakes! -4 eggs whites -1/2 cup oatmeal, cinnamon -1/4 cup cottage cheese -1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I added a whole scoop :-)) Blend to mix. Cook like pancake. Top with crushed berries and pecans. Yum!

Recovery
I went for my first post race run yesterday. It was a leisurely 4-5 mile road run. My soreness was completely gone, but my body still felt tired once I started running. I plan on doing another short run on Friday followed by a trail run on Sunday.
